Privacy policy

This is a translation of the Spanish privacy policy. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.

Whenever we need information from you, we will always ask you to provide it voluntarily and expressly. Data collected through the website's forms or by other means will be incorporated into the processing systems of LEVER MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, S.L..

This company will process the data confidentially and solely for the purpose of providing the services requested, with all the legal and security guarantees required by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and by Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

At LEVER MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, S.L. we process the information provided by data subjects fairly, lawfully and transparently, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

If you are a client or user

If you are a client or user, we will process the following categories of personal data:

  • Identification data (first name, surname, ID number…)
  • Contact details (email address, WhatsApp…)
  • Bank details (account number, bank card…)
  • Other data (provided by the data subject in open forms or communications)

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • To manage the services, information and/or products requested.
  • To send relevant communications (if the data subject has given the appropriate consent).
  • To comply with the legal obligations applicable to the controller.

If you are one of our suppliers

If you are a supplier, we will process the following categories of personal data:

  • Identification data (first name, surname, ID number…)

  • Bank details (account number, bank card…)
  • Other data (provided by the data subject in open forms or communications)

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Administrative, accounting and tax management.
  • Monitoring and management of the commercial relationship.
  • Compliance with companies' legal obligations.

Am I obliged to provide my personal data?

LEVER MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, S.L. will only request the data strictly necessary for the purpose for which it is collected. If it is not provided, the requested service cannot be delivered.

How long will we keep your data?

The personal data provided and obtained during the relationship between the data subject and LEVER MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, S.L. will be kept for a maximum of 5 years from the last confirmation of interest, or for as long as required by law, in which case it will be duly blocked and deleted when no longer necessary.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

In accordance with Article 6(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April, the legal basis for processing your data is as follows:

a) the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes; and/or

b) processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject; and/or

c) processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.

To whom will your data be disclosed?

The data processed by LEVER MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, S.L. may be disclosed to third parties where required by law.

LEVER MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, S.L. also works with service providers to whom data must be disclosed in various business areas (administration, accounting, tax, marketing, labour…). The relationship with these companies is governed by Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April (GDPR). Data accessed by these companies will only be used for the necessary business purpose and will not be kept for any further purpose.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not LEVER MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, S.L. is processing personal data concerning them.

Data subjects have the right to access their personal data and to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where applicable, its erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In certain circumstances, data subjects may request the restriction of processing of their data, in which case we will only keep it for the exercise or defence of legal claims. Users may also object to the processing of their data. LEVER MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, S.L. will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate grounds or for the exercise or defence of legal claims.

Users may write to LEVER MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, S.L. at the controller's registered office, or by email to the address given at the top of this Policy, enclosing a copy of their identity document, at any time and free of charge, in order to:

  • Obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed.
  • Access their personal data.
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request the erasure of their data when, among other reasons, it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
  • Obtain the restriction of processing when any of the conditions laid down in data protection legislation are met.
  • Request the portability of their data.
  • Contact the DPO of LEVER MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, S.L..
  • Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es), if they consider that their rights under the applicable data protection legislation have been infringed.

LEVER MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, S.L. applies the security measures required by the aforementioned personal data protection legislation and other applicable regulations. These security measures are also mandatory for entities that access our information under a contractual relationship and/or provision of services, pursuant to Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

However, it accepts no liability for damage arising from alterations that third parties may cause to users' computer systems, electronic documents or files.

Cookies may be used in the provision of the website's services. Cookies are files stored on the user's own device. Users can configure their browser to prevent cookies from being created or to be warned when they are. Please read our cookie policy.

If you leave our website through links to websites that do not belong to our organisation, LEVER MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, S.L. will not be responsible for the privacy policies of those websites or for the cookies they may store on the user's device.
